Karen's Story

After college, I worked in newspapers for a few years and then began copy editing for an educational publisher in Greensboro, NC, where I have been living for 11 years. I got married to another newspaper reporter a year after graduating college. We have a 5-year-old son, Jack, and a 3-year-old...Expand for more
daughter, Claire. I've been a stay-at-home mom and freelance copy editor since Jack was born. He starts kindergarten in the fall, and I can't believe that time is here already. My mom still lives in the area and sees some of you from time to time. It's neat to hear what people are doing now.
