Karen's Story
Rip seems long ago and far far away.
I went to Middlebury College in VT, and became a total ski freak. After graduating, went to Boston and became a mainframe computer programmer and eventually a consultant. Also met my husband, Tony Ng, there. We've 3 kids, born in 3 different states ages 27, 25,22. We've been in Cincinnati, OH for 20 years now. Most of that time spent being the consumate soccer mom/taxi driver for the 3 soccer fanatics I spawned . life again. I'm not working, but the last few years I've started painting (after 25 years of not). Call me an emerging artist at age 57 (oils & acrylics). I'm entering competitions, shows, selling a few, in progress of creating a portfolio, website, and of course coherent body of work. Also starting to pick up golf again. Essentially, still experimenting, still trying to find my way through life. Not much idea where I'm going still, but atleast more confidence in my ability to manage the journey. The one thing I know for sure: Things won't turn out as planned...and that's ok.
