Karen's Story
Moved to Ventura, CA the day after graduation in 1966.
Went to Ventura College and became an R.N.
Worked in Ventura, Oxnard, Santa Paula, Pasadena, Merced, and Mariposa.
Did everything from ER to OB to Hospice where I ended my career. I most loved Hospice work. Felt it an honor to help terminal patients die in their own homes.

33 employees. Responsible for hire/fire/training. Loved it.
My biggest job has been as wife and mother of 2.
Have the greatest husband I am so proud of. He has worked as a teacher for 33 years and coach as well.
Daughter April just had our first granddaughter Paulina.
Scott our son lives and works in San Francisco.
Celebrate our 40th anniversary in July!!!!
