Karen's Story
After I graduated I attended PCC. I met the love of my life in December of 1980 and we married in October of 1981. We have been married 31 years and have two children ages 23 & 17. We also have 2 dogs and a cat. I worked part-time as Executive Director of a small non-profit agency for 18 years but am now retired. I enjoyed my job and helping people but my real passion has always been my family...I have always loved being a wife and mother! school and I have continued to sing! I'm part of our church choir and also a ladies trio and ensemble at church. Our family loves spending time together, we are very active in our church, and we love to travel. Our favorite spot is anywhere in the mountains. We try to go a couple of times a year, at least once in the winter when it's snowing. We enjoy snowboarding, ice skating and skiing and of course just looking at the beauty of God's work! I'm sure it sounds like a boring life to some, but to me it's the best!
