Life Well it is hard to beleive that it has been 40 years since we all graduated from Bell. Where has all the time gone and what have we all been doing? I went to Carleton U in 1969 and graduated with a degree in English in 1971. I then proceeded to travel around the world with a fellow Bell alumnus Mick Venhola. I then worked at various jobs in the Ottawa area and eventually joined the military in 1975. My first posting as a junior finance officer was to Cold Lake, Alberta in 1976 where I met and married my current husband, Doug Crichton who was from Melville Sask. We have been married 32 years and have two grown children; our daughter Melissa Crichton who works for National Defence Research at Base Suffield here in Medicine Hat Alberta as a research tech and is the mother of a daughter named Elizabeth Karen Bowey. Our son lives in Calgary and is a Mechancial Engineer working for Shaw Pipe protection company. I retired from the military as a Major from Base Suffield in 2002.
