Karen's Story
Life here on the "island" is quiet once again now that winter is approaching. I STILL love my life here along the New England Coast. It doesn't get much better than this. I live in a resort town with the ocean down the block. I have a lovely home, my windows face towards the water so there is always an ocean breeze. This is something I don't take for granted. To have all of this, I feel I have done something right in my life and I know I have been blessed.
I've been lucky enough to reconnect with some old friends from Newtown and and Blessed Sacrament. We've been renewing our friendships for a few years now and we are catching up with whats been going on in our lives. It's been great to reminisce and share old photos and see pix of each others children. I love to see how all of us are maturing and growing old with grace. Everyone of them look terrific and a sight for sore eyes :~) I had the privilege of having a few come and visit with me.
Dusan S: Since 2003 and the connection is STILL there ;-...Expand for more
) Your never far from my thoughts.
Ray-Ray H: I am glad you are on the mend, but I still cannot forgive you for throwing me under the bus with Sue.
Fred B: From here on in, it's up to you. I've reached out, next time it's your turn.
Chris S: You made your choices and many don't understand them. In the process you hurt people. One day you will regret it and by then it will be too late. Your loss, not ours.
Matt O: You are my oldest friend. We go back to kindergarten. How many people can say that? Hang in there. I know things are tough now. I'm only a phone call away.
Gary F: Can you believe it's been 35+ years since we first met? You were the Q72 Bus Driver, I was a student. We just hit it off. Your like comfort food to me. I always miss you.
Al S: It was great getting in touch again.
Joe C: Where are you? Last I heard N.C. Get in touch.
Ray D: Stop with the emails. What part of no don't you understand?
W. Nunez: You are the most arrogant and obnoxious person I have ever met. Please leave me alone.
