Karen's Story

Life I am happily married to Chris Carpenter (class of 1981). He & I enjoy spending all of our time together. We both enjoy, target shooting, the outdoors & nature. We found a quaint little place in MD just off the Elk river that we now call home. We love it so much we hardly ever leave our own property any more except during the summer, when we spend time crabbing, fishing & drinking on our boat. dock less then 1/4 mile from our home. We also have a large vegetable garden with a "Adult-rated" scarecrow keeping watch over it. We usually harvested enough grapes from our grapevine to make 60 half pint jars of concord grape jelly. Our shed is more like a party house then a shed but, of course that's where we keep the beer. We proudly fly two large flags on our property, the american flag and the confederate flag. Life is great!!!
