Karen's Story
Life
After graduation, I attended the University of Toledo but ended my freshman year with an M.O.M. degree. I moved home, got married and took over a small business. Business life just wasn't for me, so I went back to school for computer courses and graduated second out of 151 students in my class. I worked for a substance abuse treatment center for eight years, but had to leave due to personal health problems.

ith my daughter. She's following in my footsteps so to speak -- band, flag corp, getting pretty good grades and balancing all of that while working. She's a great kid and I'm really proud of her! She's my world!
Kathy's two kids live with me and I love them immensely. Steven is quite the jokester and Brittany is as sharp as a whip. Keeping up with the kids is a full-time job in itself, but I wouldn't trade it for the world!
