Karen's Story
Workplace
After high school, I attended Western Michigan university, studying secondary education for history and political science. After college, I

was eventually promoted to a position as Assistant Registrar. In 1988, I accepted a position at Central Michigan University as an Assistant Registrar and in 1995 became the Registrar. I also started working on my master’s degree and graduated in 1992 with an MA degree in educational administration.
