Karen's Story
I recently remarried, November 17, my current last name is Traylor, and I live in Flippin, Arkansas. My old married name was Karen Girdler, my maiden name was Karen Ivins. For four years I sat between Marc Iezzi and Bob Jaconetti!! I graduated with the first class to go all 4 years at Cherokee, the class of 1979. om. I did become fluent in Spanish and have taught that and other subjects for years. I currently work with autistic teens. I am divorced, with 5 grown children who have made me very proud. I also have my second grandson due in a few days!! I live in Pomona, Missouri in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. I joined Classmates because when I looked at the class of 1979, and saw those familiar names, and they brought back MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES!!
