Karen's Story
I went to Fairfield Grade School and Cascade Jr High in Eugene, then moved to Salem to McNary High School. I would have attended Willamette High like my brother Ray and my sister Pam did had we not moved. I went to the UofO for awhile then married Nick McDaniel, also from McNary High. and he is a District Manager for Farmers. We have 5 kids and 9 grandkids between us and that keeps us very busy. Family is what it's all about for us. I am 57 this year and really can't believe it, I feel about 20, and probably act about 20 too! My parents are my best friends, and live close to us in Olympia. I have done well in terms of richness of life, stayed happy, and like to spend time with family and keep in touch with old friends.
