Karen's Story
I am married to Jimmy (Jim) Draper. We have two grown & married children.
Our son is 38, lives in Orange, is a Civil Engineer and he and his wife have three children 8, 6, & 3 1/2.
Our daughter is 35, lives in Santa Maria, is a teacher at Righetti High School(she taught at SMHS 9 yrs. before moving to RHs), She and her husband have a combo of 5 children. A daughter 13 1/2, a son 2 3/4, and two step daughters 14 & 10.

e, but I love my job. I may end up teaching until I am 70! However, I am starting to have the children of some of my former students in my classes.
My husband (Jimmy Draper) is the General Manager and Vice-President of Valley Crop Service. He says he will be working until he is 70 for sure! We will be celebrating our 40th Anniversary in October.
My grandchildren call me "Grammy" and I adore being a grandparent. I always say that if I could have been a grandparent without being a parent I would have skipped parenting my own children.
