Karen's Story
Life
I graduated from Mimico High School in June 1975 and have been working for 3M Canada Company since that time. I have had a variety of jobs with 3M in the 31 years, that I have worked there. My first job have included working inAccounts Payable, Cost Accouning, General Secretary for the Plant Manager.
I am currently the General Administrator and the Facility Environmental Health and Safety Co-Ordinator.
Most recently, I was promoted to Analysis Administrator.

d to retiring from 3M in 9 years (or sooner); if I complete the 9 years before retiring, I will have 40 years of service upon retirement.
I have been married for 27 1/2 years and have a 21 year old son.
I spend most of my free time running two bowling programs. I am the co-ordinator for an adult league on Tuesday evenings and a Youth Bowling program on Saturday mornings. I especially enjoy, watching the young children learn how to bowl. I am also a level 1 coach for 5 pin bowling.
