I am in a classic Rock n Roll Band. I am the lead singer and play keyboard. We play out often. We do a lot of fund raisers and private parties. Never thought I would be doing this when I was younger. Our other band members are retired from playing professionally in bands from the 70's and 60's. We play Rolling Stones, Beatles, some original songs that our lead guitarist wrote, along with CCR, Jefferson Airplane, are among the different music we play. Have 5 grandchildren who think it's really neat to have a grandmother who is a singer in a Rock Band. We go sailing twice a year for a few weeks in the British Virgin Islands. Getting older is a lot more fun then when I was younger. We are cutting our first CD of our songs. Besides my significant other being the Drummer in our band, he is also a fabulous artist. He has sold some of the paintings he has done, since we have been in Florida. I have even been his model. I wear a size 8 in clothes which I never thought I would be in at this age.
