Karen's Story
I thought that once your kids moved out and the nest was empty that there would be more time to relax and get back to a life when all you had to worry about is yourself. Now I find out that the kids may move out but they never go away for good, plus, you get the pleasure of taking care of your aging parents as well. We truly are the sandwich generation.

rown children. Our oldest, Kristen, has 4 children. 9, 4, 2, and 5 weeks. They are truly our joy. We are lucky enough to have them live close and that allows us to go once again to little league games. Our oldest son, Billy, is a audio engineer and lives in Los Angeles. Our youngest, Adam lives close with 3 friends and is enjoying the life of a bachelor.
I would love to hear from anyone from either our class or Bills (1972).
