Karen's Story
I graduated from Central High in 1984. That same summer my family moved to Santa Barbara, CA. After serving as a missionary in Manchester, England for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I attended the University of California, San Diego. I graduated with a BA in History and an MA in the History of Science.

I work at Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
I have been married for 20 years. My husband and I live in a suburb of Boston, MA. We have lived here for more than 10 years. We don't have any children, but we do have 2 dogs who act like toddlers. I haven't played the flute in years, but I do play bass and banjo.
