Karen's Story
Life
After graduating from NBHS in 1974 I went to Maranatha Baptist Bible College and graduated in 1978. I taught one year before getting married to Don Wasoba in 1979. We have 2 kids- Kari, 11/81 and Ryan, 2/84. Relocated to St. Louis, MO in 1986 and have been here ever since.
I returned to college and earned my Master's Degree in professional counseling in 2001. I'm now in private practice as a licensed Christian counselor...Expand for more
and I love it. I've also been leading seminars for women and teaching anger management classes.
My daughter Kari is a working actress/performer traveling the Midwest with a small theater troupe and specializes in improv comedy. Ryan is in an alternative music band called So Many Dynamos and is also a talented performer.
My husband Don and I spend time working on projects and recovering from our kid's many traveling experiences.
