ce in NY (1973, 1976) and then years later Seton Hall University School of Law (1994). I am retired from the NJ Department of Health, where I worked for 34 years. I have been fortunate to travel many parts of the world, including most of the USA, Europe and Caribbean and have spent two years in Kauai, Hawaii. Life has been good to me and I am blessed.
