My memories of our 4 years at AHS are3 filled with the struggles of wearing braces, glasses and the battle of fitting in.Which later seemed so rediculous for I had many good friends, of whom one has remained, Karen Fosnaught, despite her Dad's relocation to Naval War College in RI, her Junior year. I ran into Don Walker at the Bank on Ravenwood Rd; across from the Thom McCann Shoe Store where he worked, while commuting to University of Baltimore. Since being "military brats", we both wanted to plant roots, live in one place, raise a family where our children would grow up near family.
