Karin's Story
After I graduated from UC Davis, I married the love of my life, Kim Jessen, who went to SCHS as a freshman and sophmore before his family moved to Japan. We have been married for 47 years. We have lived in CT, ID, back to CA, then to TN (job transfer) where we finally settled in Loudon. We have 2 kids and 4 grandkids. 15 years doing research on the Manhattan Project. I retired in 2018. Most of my life I have been active in sports. I coach, referred, and played soccer for 20+ years, I started doing Triathlons in 2009. We have been involved in Golden Retriever Rescue for 20 years and have had many, many dogs over the years. We currently have 2 rescue dogs, a black lab mix and a paralyzed Golden.
