Life
Quick History after 1977:
1977-1981 Worked as lifeguard at Hale Koa Military hotel, Waikiki, Honolulu. Lot of fun involved in those carefree days..would not have done it any differently, glad I got all that parting out of the way. Grrrreat times!
1981-2001 Carreer in the Air Force:
Great time for the first half...Air Force has really changed...not for the better. Places visited and lived during my carreer, Okinawa, Korea, Mainland Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Philipines, Austrailia, New Zeland, Deigo Garcia, Hong Kong, China, Indonicia, Alaska, Eng...Expand for more
land, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and a few others. Ended up in McConnell AFB, Kansas. Retired-20 Years
2001 to present: Call me Mr. Shikata :) Living in Wichita, Kansas for now. No kids, wife (TJ) of 15years, two dogs, two birds, lots of fish and working for Boeing right now.
Life has sure gone by quickly...still alot more to go though! Still getting use to the civilian life...but its great.
I know I was one not to keep in touch with most.....Just want to send a hello from an old man! Best wishes and hope life has been good to everyone...Karl
