Karla's Story
My husband, Gary, and I live in Mentor, OH because we work in Lake County. Gary in the Engineering Dept. at Lubrizol Corp., and I worked as a medical office manager until about 2 years ago when I decided I wanted to retire and be a couch potato. Now I seem to have more to do than when I worked. (My parents used to say that and I thought they were nuts!)
Our boys are both grown and out of the house, so its just us and the dog. The biggest joy in...Expand for more
our live are our wonderful grandchildren. We have a 5.5 y.o. granddaughter who had a heart transplant when she was 13 months old. Although we adore all of our little one, I must admit that she is very special to us. Our other two are beautiful and healthy, thank God!
We hope Gary retires soon so we can live out our retirement dream and move someplace where it doesn't snow in the winter. We will keep or summer home here and travel back and forth.
