Karol's Story
Right out of HS I started working for Iowa Des Moines National Bank. (now Norwest). as a customer service rep..I planned on moving up to a secretarial position when one opened up, but, that didn't happen..........I got married in 1980 to Bruce Hammer.........in 1982 we had a daughter Kristin, and in 1984 we had a son Stephen......we llived in Norwalk at the time....In 1987 I started working for the US postal Service, where I am now a Retail sales associat...Expand for more
e at the University PO........we currently live in Panora, on lake Panorama........I will be married 28 years this fall.......my daughter Kristin is married and has two boys.....ages 61/2 and almost 2......my son Steve lives in DSM.... I hardly ever see anyone I went to school with........I was always shy and quiet and didn't have many friends..........that's changed.....no longer shy, and have lots of friends at work.....would love to see everyone again.
