Katharine's Story
Life
I retired from the Alberta College of Art + Design in 2007 and moved to the Slocan Valley in Southern British Columbia. I have been finishing my home, weaving studio and dyeing studio these past 2 year.
This spring the Board of Governors at ACA+D appointed me to the position of "Lecturer Emeritus". This will be a positive support to the Textile Center as well as the 3 books I am writin...Expand for more

I have a daughter who lives in Calgary. Also have a son, daughter-in-law- and 2 granddaughters who live in Spokane Washington. My son Seth was in the U.S. army and was wounded in Iraq. He is now retired and on full disability. We see eachother frequently now that they are only 4 1/2 hours away.
Now that I will have more time, I would like to make contact with people who were in my past.
