Katherine's Story
Life
After graduation I hung out on the cape for 4 years, working various jobs. In 1978 I went to Florida for a short vacation and ended up staying. I met a native Floridian (yes they really exist) and we were together for about 26 years. We were blessed wth two children a girl & a boy.
I worked on my college degree for several years and finally obtained my degree. I worked in the Special Education field for several years (my childhood goal) and left it due to health problems. I am now a realtor and split my time between working and enjoying my animals and watching the kids make their way in the world.

he Gainesville, Fl area in 2006 and have established my business as a full time realtor here. I've been fortunate during this past year of "housing doom and gloom" and have had good success.
My mom moved to Gainesville in 2004 and I am lucky to see her every day and we spend many hours together working with the horses and her 10 acre farm.
My family will be growing this year-actually in January 09 as I will be a Grandma - my son will be a daddy. I've added making baby blankets to my activities this year as both my sister's boys have made and will be making her a grandma this year too. The miracle of life goes on.
