Kathi's Story

Life I am living with my husband in Mission Viejo. We have one cat. Our cat is named Milkshakes. . She is so cute and full of so much mischief. I have been working doing volunteer work for an organization that helps out seniors for the past 12 years. I also do some volunteer ministry work at my church, Calvery Chapel Mission Viejo. I get such joy out of visiting with my ladies at Laguna Woods and helping with the Encoragers Minstry at my church. We just got back from our summer vacation over to Maui, Hawaii. It was really nice. I hadn't been to the islands for 16 years!!! It was time let me tell you. Our son is thriving at a Christian High School in Irvine, where he does cross country and track and field. oice!!! I went to Orange Coast College from September 1972-1976. I graduated in January 1976 after taking off a semester to pursue some adventures in Hawaii. I met so many people from all over the world. I lived for a short time on the North Shore of Oahu with some former classmates. I went to the Hawaii Summer Jam there. I then was ready to go back to school and complete my Associate of Arts Degree. I majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology. Then I was in the Insurance Industry for over 13 years. Then I decided that I wanted to work with children, which had been a long time longing, so I went on to finish the rest of my Early Child Education Units at Saddleback College and became a teacher at a private school in Laguna Hills. I love running into former classmates and reminiscing about the past and days gone by.
