Kathie's Story
Kathie is from Forrest City, Arkansas. She is married with Sheldon A Gately. Her schools include Forrest City High School. She later attended Arkansas State University (Social Work - speciality in mental health). She works(ed) at Office of the State LTC Ombudsman, Arkansas Department of Human Services, Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes Campaign.
