Kathleen's Story
Life
After graduation, I attended Napa JC for 2 years, then graduated from UC Davis. I married the following year,and we moved to Washington where we have lived for 40+ years. We have 3 grown children; daughter Adrienne is married and an elementary school vice principal with two daughters; son Joel is a currently working as a claims manager for a Seattle law firm and has 2 sons; and son Seth is a musician. I recently retired from teaching kindergarten, and will substitute teach during my retirement. My husband works in construction. I have enjoyed several trips to Las Vegas. School
Had a fine time in high school. Didn't study too hard, but made OK grades. Did some extracurricular activities, but was not in "the in crowd". Partied little, but didn't miss it. Didn't date......was the proverbial good girl.
College
Attended Napa JC for 2 years after high school.....AA. On to UC Davis for 2 years of anti-war demonstrations and a few classes. Degree in sociology/psychology. Many years later enrolled in extension program of Central Washington University for a degree in Early Childhood Education.
