Life
I'm married and live in sunny, HOT, Yuma, AZ. I married 4yrs ago in May. My husband has 2 sons from a previous marriage. They're 20 and 22. None of our own, though.
We have 3 pets. Two parrots and a dog. It can get a little noisy with the parrots. My Blue Front Amazon has a 130+ word vocabulary. I've had him since he was 3 mos. old. My African Grey is an excellent mimic of a car alarm, police siren, fire engine, smoke detector and AS LOUD AS!

ional Guard. I was with a Combat Spt Hosp for 18 yrs, then with an Air Ambulance Co. until my retirement in 1999. Surprise! Who thought I would go into the military! I also earned my LPN license compliments of the USArmy in 1990 and have been working as a Nurse for the past 17 yrs. Currently, I'm taking a break from Nursing and just being a housewife.
I went through a battle with Breast Cancer in 2004. My husband and I had been married only 14mos. when I was diagnosed. I had a rough time going through chemo and radiation, but I'm OK now. I'm a 2yr Survivor as of April.
