Life
Hello to all my Tilton classmates of June 1956 Graduating Class and Marshall classmates of June 1960. First of all, I hope all of you have done well in life. Back in the day, we were all on equal ground: poor but happy. I was born & raised at 117 N. Kildare in Chicago. My family moved away in the early 60's. I went to work at Sears on Homan & Arthington after graduation from John Marshall High School in June of 1960. Went to Wright College at night for a year. Married Rich Wnek in January of 1963. Had 2 wonderful Children: Tony 41 and Lisa 36. I went back to college NIU in 1977. Rich Wnek ran away from home in 1983. I divorced him in July of 1987. I worked from 1983 to 1995 as an H.R. Administrator. Bought my own condo. Met my husband Rich Rago at work in 1992. We were married in May of 1995. We live in Downers Grove, IL. All our kids live nearby. Lhasa Apso (15yrs.old) and 3 Yellow Labs. My husband Rich Rago is a wonderful person. Rich lost his daugher in 1975 to Leukemia, and his wife Mary to breast cancer in 1990. I can't fathom such a loss. I love and admire this man. He is kind, mild tempered,very affectionate & he smiles a lot. My kids adore him and his son Michael who I now consider one of my kids. Rich & I are both retired. He's 3 years my senior. We appreciate everything and never take anything or anyone for granted. We both feel blessed with each other and our wonderful family. My brothers and sister live nearby. Pauline (Paula) moved to Arizona in December of 2004. I miss her and am going to see her the week of the reunion. Regretfully, I can't make the reunion this year, but I will be there next year. I'm going to dig up & post our class picture this weekend. My best to you all.
