Life
A little about me.
I am an Information and Database Systems Director at a Grand Rapids Non-profit with about 50 employees. The title makes it sound like I am a computer geek, but IÂm not. I am just a good manager with above average computer skills and excellent outside tech support.
I was married, very happily, for 33 years and have been widowed for 5. I have four grown children, one boy and 3 girls, ranging in ages from 30 to 37. They are all married and have their own homes (and lives). My son and his family live in Aurora, Illinois but the girls are all local. I have 9 grandchildren (4 boys and 5 girls) ranging in ages ...Expand for more
from twins born in Feb 2007- to a 16 year old ready for his driver's license and another grandchild due next June. I have been blessed because we all get along well and enjoy each otherÂs company. Family time is always full of fun and laughter.
I have a 32 travel trailer permantly located at a small campground about 30 minutes from my home. I spend most May through September weekends up there just lounging around in the sun, visiting around the campfires and playing cards or games. I do have a very, very old (1972) fiberglass pontoon boat that still has proven very reliable for taking Âtoodles around the lake or fishing.
