Kathleen's Story
After grad from HS I spend the next 10 years traveling. I liked in "Daytona Beach, FL for 9 months then off to Houston Texas for 5 years. I had wanted to go to Alaska for years that is where Shawn & Gary where my brothers. So in 1978 I started making plans to buy a truck and drive to Alaska. I spend 2 months learning how to work on my truck a International Scott ll. I drove with a girlfriend Melanie from Texas, We ended up in Seattle, Wa where Gary was going to school to be a Commerical Driver. So,, to make years go by quick. linois in 1980 to 1987. Then off to San Diego, Ca where Nancy (sisteer) and girls where. Then up to Sacramento, Ca for a job and then I finally parked it. I got married at 30 and left at 31 I'm no Tammy Waynet. Then remarried at 36 to a 26 yr old. I started college at 33 and grad at 43. I had my first and only child Mika at age 45. YEP where others where having grandkids I was enjoying being a first time Mom . My son who's in 6th grade and 11 is telling me oh my God Mom. I've had a fun and adventureful life. Sac in 2 hrs from Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, San Francisco. So we are just hours away from great vacations spots.
