Kathleen's Story
For the first 30 years of my life, I was most often called "Kathy," but was never very comfortable with it. Feeling that my formal name of Kathleen better reflects my personality, I made the transition to my given name in 1981 and am so happy to now be known as Kathleen.
Upon high school graduation, I attended California State University, Chico and received my Bachelor of Arts degree. I later received a Master of Arts degree from Pacific Lutheran University.

ir Force, I served in a variety of positions while stationed in Washington, Iceland, Colorado, Arizona, Korea, Germany, and Washington DC.
Along the way I married another Air Force officer and upon my retirement we settled outside Reno where I have held several positions in the travel industry and been active serving numerous organizations at the local, state, and national levels.
Loving to travel, I have had the good fortune to visit all 50 states and over 50 countries on all 7 continents, including a couple of sprints around the South Pole.
