Life Married Thomas Placer in 1974 before I graduated, still married to Tom. We drove 18-Wheeler coast to coast as a husband/wife team for 18 years. Now we own and operate a Ford Truck salvage yard and wrecker service in N.C. We stayed a few years in N.J., moved to N.C. in 1978 We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren with another one on the way in 2005 and going on 31 years of marriage...,, Here we are several years later now in 2008 still married to each other, we both worked together in our business, now with 2 more grandchildren, we travel still many times across the country since our wrecker sevice has expanded to the 48 state region and bringing in salvage trucks from the West Coast in the dry desert regions back to our yard in N.C., We do many trade shows in Fl., Tn., Pa., N.C.
