Kathleen's Story
Hi all! I really look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion! Here's my story:
After high school I went to UW and lived in a sorority, had a blast, and after 5 (oops!) years graduated with a BA in Business with a concentration in Accounting (yep, I'm a CPA). I was hired by Ernst & Young LLP who moved me to Los Angeles. I worked for them for 5 years, then Ticketmaster for a year, then Global Crossing for 5 years, and lastly Toyota for 2 years. Since late 2005, I have been a stay-at-home mom and an executor of an estate. My jobs had a lot of interesting travel that took me to about 20 countries in As...Expand for more
ia and Europe, but it was also pretty harried working most often 75-80 hours a week (and more than a few all-nighters). These last three years off have been a great decompressor, but I'll probably go back to work in the next year or so to get the cobwebs out of my brain and get back into it.
I have been married to Geoff Ommen since 2002, who is in retail merchandising management, and we have one boy born in late 2005. We currently live in Long Beach, CA. My favorite things to do outside of hangin with friends & cousins is play no-limit holdem tournaments in LA or Vegas, and an occasional round of golf.
