Kathleen's Story
My story is quite simple, after we moved to CA in 78, I graduated my new High school in 81, started in colege but my heart wasn't in it. Moving to CA was a culture shock and more people didn't like me because because I am from the East Coast than did.
I worked for a couple of years, met my husband, moved to Reno for a job, got married had a beautiful baby girl in 85, moved back to CA because of my husband. Had a beautiful baby boy in 86. Separated and moved to WA state with my children, got divorced, raised my children and went back to school. Now I expect to graduate with honors from WSU this May, My son attends full time in the Engineering Program - he is a Soph, my daughter has been dabbling in the arts -photography - and attending some classes at the JR College level, ...Expand for more
and during all of this I have been working full time for a local Engineering firm for the last 13 years.
Not a very interesting story, there is no one special in my life, I never remairried, working full time, going to school (currently full time also) and raising my kids took all my energy - but now that I am almost done with college maybe someone special will come along.
What have you all been up to? BTW I really miss the East Coast and espec Montclair, for what ever reason, regardless of how many places I have lived or will live I think of Montclair as my home...And I drive through everytime I am visiting.
The only other thing that people need to know is that my children are the highlight of my life. They are awesome people and I feel so blessed to have them in my life...
