Kathrine's Story
Got married right out of high school to an Army man, and still married almost 40 years later. Traveled the world for 25 years, had a couple kids, and enjoyed life.
Retired from Army in Georgia, and have stayed here.
We now have 4 kids, and 5 grandkids. My favorite past time is spoiling the grandkids.
My husband has been disabled for 15 years and I have been his caregiver for the whole ...Expand for more
time. Life may not always be the way we want it, but at least he has a life. We traveled the USA until last year. Now if I want/need to travel our son takes care of him.
I have a little store where I sell things that I have made. Mrs. Butler made sure that I know how to sew quality outfits. Most of my store is kids clothes, quilts, and embroidered blankets. It ain't much, but it is mine.
