Kathy's Story
Life
After completing college, I discovered that there was an over abundance of experienced teachers and could not find a teaching position. So, I decided go to work for "Ma Bell"(my apologies, Mrs. Browne and Mr. Miller) and in so doing became one of the first gals to be selected to work in a traditionally "male" job assignment. The experience was both challenging and interesting to say the least!
From there, and with the help some night school, company training and correspondence courses, I rose through the ranks to Engineering Manager and Systems Administrator. It was the type of career I never thought I would have picked in a million years, but I really enjoyed every aspect of it!

e never been so busy!
As president of my city-wide homeowner's association, I have become an advocate for furthering the cause of affordable housing, especially for those folks living on fixed and limited incomes. In order to accomplish this, I have become quite embroiled in state and local politics. I worked on California State Senator Ellen Corbett' successful election campaign and was invited by Ellen and her family to witness her swearing in ceremony at the State Capitol. I was also appointed by the Mayor and City Council to a Commissionership.
My focus over the past decade has also been on travel. My very favorite place to visit is the Provence Region of France. In May I will be going on a two week Carribean Cruise.
I have never married nor do I have any offspring.
Thoroughly enjoyed attending our 40th reunion. It was the first for me and it certainly won't be my last!
Please leave a message as I would really enjoy hearing from you.
