Kathryn's Story
A brief story ... Pioneer graduation, 2 yrs of college ... I worked for IBM for about 6 years (loved it ... should have stayed!). My mother died when I was 22, and I moved from San Jose to Sacramento. I met my 1st husband and, for the next 12 years, I lived in a physically abusive relationship. We moved to Chico where I finally got my 'head' together and we divorced (duh!). I met my current husband through a "blind date" and we have been married for 28 years. I have no children and my husband has a son and a daughter and we have 3 grandsons. I am a perpetual 'student', learning, tasting and experiencing 'life'. I have owned a horse (6...Expand for more
years until he died), flown a small plane (got air sick), rock climbed in Yosemite (no, not Half Dome), played golf (really high handicap but shot 102 once!), shoot clays (no Annie Oakley here but it's invigorating and, no, I don't hunt), and now I want to learn fly fishing (next summer?). I am a certified home stager (if you need to sell your home, call me!). I currently work part time, office manager in a veterinary hospital, and I attend BSF - Bible Study Fellowship - and lead a group of ladies in weekly Bible study). Well, that's enough about me.
