Who knew what life would bring after Maine West! I spent a year at NIU then a year and a half at Illinois Masonic Nursing School, dropped out, worked as a secretary, said "this is nuts" and finally became a nurse from Triton College. I have been married twice, the second stuck through thick and thin. We have 2 grown boys, one of which is on his 3rd tour in Iraq. I have lived in CA and AZ and much prefer AZ. We have moved 14 times and this is the last stand! Apache Junction, Arizona. My husband and I can sit on our front porch and watch the sun go down on the Superstition Mountains. We have a little over an acre and the local wildlife are our "pets" so to speak. Lots of drama out at the watering hole! I have worked as a nurse since graduation from Triton, mostly in labor and delivery. Gosh I love those newborn babies!!
