Kathryn's Story
I live with 3 cats in Westgate, on Cols' west side. My husband of 35 years, Michael Hess (Calif. native), passed away August 2007. I had a 5-speed Inferno Red PT Cruiser Turbo which was totalled June 2009; I now drive a Subaru Legacy Outback. I enjoy: visual art, many types of music (world music, classical, opera, new age, etc.), ballet, horticulture, films & many types of music. I love traveling & wish I could do more. I work at OSU in Special Events/ OSU Retirees Assoc. I worked at Cols. Metro. Library for nearly 15 years, managing interlibrary loan.
I am a member of: Cols. Museum of Art, Franklin Park Conservatory, Ohio Designer Craftsmen, Chadwick Arboretum, Cols. Historical Society & the Wexner Center as well as other gardening and arts organizations. I also enjoy drumming.
