Kathy's Story
March 2011 - Note to Class of '67 Charlotte HS - I joined your community as a Friend after Jim Fraser found me concerning something else. It wouldn't let me put Latta Rd Elementary in. Of all the schools I attended, Latta Rd and Monroe HS were the only ones where I stayed 4 years. And I still have the Latta Road Class Pictures.

February 2011 - New Note - Had a long phone chat with Bruce Lauria last night. He was with us until June of 8th grade when he had to move away but remembers SO many classmates. Anyone seeing this note who'd like to get in touch, let me know - he lives in the area.

Life

from senior year co-op until 1970 when I quit. Briefly sang at PierreÂs in the downtown Holiday Inn until I lost my voice and was fired. I worked for the John Klug Corp. on Exchange Street until they closed; and then General Railway Signal from 1979 until 2004 when I volunteered for down-sizing.
Family:
Married in 1988, Greg (Ginegaw) gave me four stepchildren who didnÂt live with us (three boys and a girl) and seven siblings-in-law. We now have 4 grandchildren. Only our granddaughter lives nearby. The other 3 live outside Cleveland.
WeÂve lived in the town of Ontario since 1985. I thought this would be our starter house but weÂre still in it after all this time, even though IÂd like to move closer to the city as we get older.
