Kathy's Story
My life has taken lots of twists and turns, and for the most part, I¿ve been content to let fate lead the way. The path has led from a laid-back lifestyle in Santa Cruz to stay-at-home mom on a city farm in Washington State (including calves and chickens) to single mom with a High Tech Silicon Valley career.

e near my daughter¿s family and my parents (i.e. sandwich generation). I love the slower pace, breath-taking scenery and friendly people up here! I just started an interesting project for Shasta County Child Support Services, going paperless by year end.
My favorite pastimes are looking for dead people (i.e genealogy)and travel. My best trip so far was to New Zealand with my 3 kids and daughter-in-law! Life is good - lots of quality time with my kids and grand daughter, new friends and photographing cemeteries.
