I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 30, right after the birth of my second child. I did everything (and more) to keep myself alive, including a double-mastectomy and seven months of chemotherapy. In November '08, I celebrated 20 years of survival with family and friends and reached my personal goal of being around long enough to see my kids grow up and become wonderful men. I have a great life with a great family and I feel truly blessed to still be young enough at heart to dance like no one is watching (even though they might be), sing at the top of my lungs (in the car), and laugh until I cry ;)".
