More about Kathy:"I am 55 years old and am a middle school band director at Totem Middle School in the Federal Way Public Schools. I moved to Puget Sound from the DFW area 20 years ago. This is my 11th year at Totem, and have taught elementary, middle, or high school band for 32 years. I am also a member of the Tacoma Concert Band, Highline Community Symphonic Band, Touch of Class Big Band, and Random Velocity (a blues & more band). In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, writing poetry, attending poetry readings, vacationing near the ocean, and spending time with my friends.".
