Kathy's Story
Life has not turned out quite like I would have liked. Do not get me wrong, I have been happily married since 1991 and have a wonderful son, but I have had a lot of tragety since 2000. I lost my father in Dec. of 2000, my only sister in April of 2004 to cancer, my mom in April of 2006 to cancer and my grandmother in Jan. 2008 at the wonderful age of 94. g you that was not how I saw my life at 38. But I still have my 2 neices and they are wonderful and the rest of my aunts and cousins and I thank God for my own family that helped me thru this decade.
But now I am trying to get my old self back and working out again and doing some of things I have missed out on these last few years. I do not take life, family or friends for granted anymore and appreciate what I do have.
