Kathy's Story
I have been a widow for 7 years. I have 2 kids, boy & girl, and 4 grandchildren. My son & 1 granddaughter live in Florida. My daughter, other granddaughter, & 2 grandsons live in Ocean Shores, about 2 miles down my street. I love it here at the ocean,except when there are a lot of tourists - some weekends, 3-day weekends & summer. We try to get all our errands done during the week. n the Pacific Ocean. I do volunteer work, jigsaw puzzles, and cross stitching. I have 2 German shephard mutts. One is 90 lbs and one is 75 lbs. The big one takes up half my bed. They are my babies and are a lot of company. I'm active in the United Methodist Church. I love to travel. I have been on 12 cruises to Mexico, Alaska, Scandanavia/Russia, Panama Canal, and the Caribbean, My favorite is the Caribbean.
