Update: I became a widow on October 5, 2010. My husband, Ron, became quite ill with a recurring MRSA infection and was not up to conquering it this time. He spent a couple of months in the hospital from the beginning of August 2010. He put up a good fight! I miss him terribly, but happy memories of our 23 years together will be with me forever. He was a great guy and husband!! I still continue to live in the Schaumburg area. Life: Married second husband, Ron, 11/30/87. We live in Schaumburg, Illinois; have 3 grown stepsons and 5 grandkids. I retired from Motorola after 20 years in September of 1998; they offered a buyout I could not pass up. I worked 31 years full-time as a secretary which included 11 years at other industries. My husband just retired Jan. 21, 2003, from Motorola with 35 years of service as an Electrical Engineering/Quality Manager. Shortly after Ron retired, he was diagnosed with Oral Cancer.
