Kathy's Story
I married once to Michael Horn in July 1965, I have 2 children a daughter Tina, and a son Kevin, 4 grandsons Ed, Aaron, Joe & Hunter, 2 great granddaughters Brandi & Makaylah and 3 great grandsons Konnor, Michael & Mason.
I became a widow in 2012;
Retired in February 2014 from Fossil as the Economic Development director.
I moved Sept 2015 back to the Valley (Gresham) then worked in Portland for 4 more years retiring again in 2018.

I was a bookkeeper, and airline accountant for over 35 years in the Portland area them in 2007 moved to Fossil Or where I took the position of secretary to the DA, in 2010 looking to cut down on my hours and stress I took the job of Economic Development Director for Wheeler County. I also volunteered for and was the director of the Fossil Community Food Pantry a non-profit for 5 years.
