Kathy's Story
Hello to all my old Friends and Classmates!
Jerry & I moved to the Olympic Peninsula, to Sequim, 19 years ago to semi-retire and we have absolutely no regrets. We live in the neighborhood of Dungeness (yes, as in crab) and have views of the water, the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Baker, the San Juans and Vancouver Island. I've been married to Jerry for 47 (cough, cough) years and we have two wonderful and perfect adult sons, Joel 35 and Ben 32, two awesome daughters-in-law, Hanna and Erin, and four beautiful grandchildren Evalyn Rose age 12, Russell Joseph age 9, Kaia Jewel age 4..5 and Micah Otto age 3. two beautiful miniature horses named Chopper and Gertie. Jer still has his 2 Harleys and we've been having a blast living on and exploring the Olympic Peninsula. I'm involved with the local theatre, Olympic Theatre Arts as Volunteer, swimming at the Y, kayaking, gardening and lots of fresh air and outdoor exercise. I spent over 25 years previously in natural health care prior to a. closed head injury. I was forced in to early retirement.
My extended family is a very diversified group as some are Japanese, some Hispanic, some Italians, some Phillipino, some Finnish and one Jewish. My siblings and I are Danish, Norwegian. We are very colorful at family get-togethers!
